What changes the price

  1. 01

    Pages and templates

Cost follows the number of distinct page designs, not the page count. Twenty pages that share four templates cost far less than twenty unique layouts.

  2. 02

    Languages

Arabic is a second design pass, not a translation toggle. Layouts mirror, type changes and copy is rewritten. Planning for it from the start costs less than adding it later.

  3. 03

    Content

If copy, photography and translations arrive ready, the build moves quickly. If we write, shoot or translate, that is quoted as its own line.

  4. 04

    Integrations

Payment gateways, CRMs, booking engines, property feeds and ERPs each add design, build and testing time. We list each one in the quote.

  5. 05

    Catalogue size

For online stores, the number of products, variants and delivery rules affects set-up and data import more than design does.

  6. 06

    Motion and interactivity

Animation, 3D and custom interactions are priced by complexity. We only propose them where they help the visitor decide.

How payment works

  • Staged payments

Projects are invoiced in stages tied to milestones. The schedule is agreed in writing before work starts.

  • A fixed quote

Once the scope is agreed, the price is fixed. If you ask for something outside the scope, we quote it separately before doing any work.

  • Third-party costs

Domains, hosting, payment gateway fees, licensed fonts, stock imagery and paid plugins are billed at cost and listed in your quote.

  • Ownership

On final payment, the design, code and content are yours. Domains and hosting accounts are registered in your company's name.

After launch

A monthly care plan covers software updates, backups, uptime monitoring, security patches and an agreed number of content changes. See website maintenance for what each plan includes.

Questions

Questions, answered

Why do website prices in Dubai vary so much?

Because the word website covers everything from a template with your logo on it to a custom platform. Published guides from Dubai agencies quote anything from under AED 1,000 to well over AED 100,000. The difference is design time, custom development, languages and integrations. Our cost guide breaks this down.

Is the price fixed or an estimate?

Starting prices on this page are the lowest a package typically costs. Your quote is a fixed price for a written scope, issued after a discovery call.

What is not included in the price?

Third-party costs such as your domain, hosting, payment gateway fees, licensed fonts and stock imagery. We list each one in the quote so there are no surprises later.

Do you charge for a first consultation?

No. The first call is free and takes about thirty minutes. Larger platform projects begin with a paid discovery phase, which produces a specification you keep whether or not you build with us.

Can I start small and add to the site later?

Yes. Sites are built on a design system so new pages, a second language or an online store can be added without starting again.
