Process

How a project runs, stage by stage

Five stages, each with a clear output and a clear decision for you to make. Timings below are typical for a company website in two languages.

  1. 01

    Discover

    Week 1

We learn the business before we design anything. Who buys from you, what they search for, what your competitors show them, and what your current site does well or badly.

    You receive

    • Written project brief
    • Sitemap and page list
    • Search and competitor review
    • Fixed quote and timeline

    We need from you

An hour or two with the people who know your customers, and access to your current site and analytics.

  2. 02

    Design

    Weeks 2 to 3

Structure first, then style. Wireframes settle what goes on each page, then the visual design sets type, colour and motion in both English and Arabic.

    You receive

    • Wireframes for key pages
    • Visual designs for desktop and mobile
    • Arabic right-to-left designs
    • Design system of type, colour and components

    We need from you

Brand assets, and consolidated feedback from one decision maker at each review.

  3. 03

    Build

    Weeks 3 to 6

We develop on a private staging address you can visit at any time. Content goes in as pages are built, so you review the real thing, not a mock-up.

    You receive

    • Working site on a staging address
    • Content system set up for your team
    • Integrations connected and tested
    • Weekly progress update

    We need from you

Final copy, images and translations, or approval for us to produce them.

  4. 04

    Launch

    Week 7

Before anything goes live we test speed, accessibility, search set-up and every form on real devices. Old addresses are redirected so you keep the search visibility you have earned.

    You receive

    • Pre-launch test report
    • Redirects from old addresses
    • Analytics and Search Console connected
    • Training session for your team

    We need from you

Access to your domain settings, and sign-off to go live.

  5. 05

    Grow

    Ongoing

A website is never finished. After launch we watch how people use it, keep the software current and make improvements based on what the data shows.

    You receive

    • Software updates and backups
    • Uptime and speed monitoring
    • Monthly report in plain language
    • Agreed hours for changes

    We need from you

A named contact, and a conversation each quarter about priorities.

Questions

Questions, answered

What slows a website project down most?

Content and feedback. Projects stall when copy, images or approvals arrive late. We agree review dates at the start and tell you early if the launch date is at risk.

How many rounds of design changes are included?

Your quote states the number of review rounds for each stage. Consolidated feedback from one decision maker keeps those rounds productive.

Will we see the site before it goes live?

Yes. You have a private staging address from the first week of development and can watch the site take shape.

Who will we deal with during the project?

You have one named point of contact from the first call to launch, and direct access to the people designing and building your site.
