Websites for developers and brokerages
Real estate website design in Dubai has two jobs. A developer needs a launch site that is ready on the day sales open. A brokerage needs listings that stay accurate and enquiries that reach an agent while the buyer is still looking. We build both on clean property data, fast pages and a short route from interest to a conversation.
01What makes this sector different
An off-plan launch, where homes are sold before they are built, is tied to a sales event, an advertising campaign and a permit. The site has to be live, tested and approved before the first advertisement runs. A week late means a week of paid traffic arriving at a holding page.
A unit appears on your website, in your CRM (the system agents use to track buyers) and on portals such as Property Finder and Bayut. When the price changes in one place and not the others, buyers notice. Agents then spend the morning correcting records.
Dubai property attracts buyers who live abroad. They read in their own language, think in their own currency and are awake when your office is closed. A form that accepts only a UAE mobile number turns them away.
A buyer asking about a two-bedroom apartment in Dubai Marina has often put the same question to other brokers. If the enquiry lands in a shared inbox, the agent who knows that building may not see it until the next day.
02What we build
A microsite is a small site for a single project. It carries the masterplan, unit types, payment plan, location and a registration form. We assemble it from blocks designed once for your brand, so the second launch starts from a working base.
Search by community, property type, bedrooms, price, size and completion status. Every filtered view has its own address, so it can be saved, shared or sent by an agent. Each listing is a page that search engines can read, which we cover under SEO and performance.
We plan the site around the CRM your agents already work in. Listings can be drawn from the same source that supplies portals such as Property Finder and Bayut, so a price is changed once. Every listing has fields for its advertising permit number and QR code.
Each form records the property, the community and the language of the page it came from. Rules you set decide who receives it: by project, by area, by language or by rota. The agent receives the enquiry with a WhatsApp link, ready to reply.
Buyers ask for the brochure before anything else. It is offered in return for a name and a contact number, sent at once, and logged against the project. Floor plans also appear on the page as images, for the buyer who prefers not to fill in a form.
English and Arabic come as standard, with further languages added where your buyers are. Prices stay in dirhams, with an indicative conversion beside them if you want one. Phone fields accept international numbers. The layout work is described under Arabic and bilingual websites.

Questions
Three things decide it: the number of page designs, whether listings are entered by hand or drawn from your CRM, and how many languages you need. A single project microsite is a smaller job than a brokerage site with live search.
The pricing page shows where our packages start. We quote a fixed figure once the scope is written down.
Often, yes. The link usually runs through your CRM and not directly between the website and the portal. Many agencies keep listings in a CRM that sends a feed to the portals. The website can read from the same source, so all three show the same price and status.
What is possible depends on your CRM and on each portal's current terms. We check both during discovery and tell you before you approve the quote.
Property advertisements in Dubai need a permit from the Dubai Land Department, issued through its Trakheesi system. The permit service covers electronic advertisements, and the DLD issues a QR code with each permit.
We are a web studio and cannot advise on compliance. Confirm with the DLD or your broker what must be displayed on your own site, and we will build the fields to match.
It depends mostly on when the content is ready: renders, floor plans, the payment plan and approved copy. The first microsite takes longer, because the design blocks are being created. Later ones reuse them.
Tell us the launch date at the start. We plan backwards from it and say plainly if the date is at risk. The stages are set out in our guide to website timelines.
Yes. Forms accept international phone numbers, pages can be offered in the languages your buyers read, and each enquiry records the language and the property viewed. The agent replies by WhatsApp or email, whichever the buyer chose.
Time zones matter as much as language. An automatic reply in the buyer's language, saying when an agent will be in touch, covers the hours your office is closed.
